Rolf Hüppi – Founder, Chairman & CEO

Rolf Hüppi joined Zurich Insurance Group in 1963 and held numerous leadership positions during his career, across India, the United States, and Switzerland, building Zurich’s global business, and culminating in his appointment to CEO and Chairman of the Group in 1991 and 1995 respectively. He initiated the formation of ParaLife in 2006.

Margrit Schmid – COO ParaLife

Before joining ParaLife Margrit has spent more than 20 years in the international conventional insurance market where she held various senior executive positions latest at Swiss Life as head of Corporate Clients and the Swiss Life Network. She is a qualified actuary and member of the Swiss Association of Actuaries. She holds a MSc in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Johanna Contreras – CEO ParaLife Colombia

Before joining ParaLife, Johanna worked in sales & marketing with market responsibility, at La Equidad Seguros and Compania Suramericana de Seguros.
She has studied business administration and holds a degree from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Bogota.

Gabriel Monterrubio – Franchise Partner – Grupo SEP

Gabriel Monterrubio, CEO of Grupo SEP, has a long career in the Mexican Insurance industry, as insurance broker, as CEO of an international insurance company’s local representation. Gabriel has dedicated time to various roles as member of Boards, Trusts or Associations, mainly in the insurance and investment industry of Mexico. He holds a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
